Description :
The Fulfillment & Facilities Assistant is a multi department position responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all
assigned inventory tasks as well as maintaining the cleanliness of our corporate office and select store locations.
This position also includes sorting and stocking of inbound and outbound product ensuring the department is kept neat and organized.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the preparation and organization of product for transition to company 3PL
Pick, pack and label occasional Montce e-commerce orders
Follow quality control standards ensuring accuracy of all orders prior to shipment
Process incoming product and ensure stock is put away neatly and organized
Assist management with processing new arrivals
Help in special projects relating to inventory and internal / external product movement
Gain product knowledge of all Montce swim and accessories
Cleaning of our main office and Fort Lauderdale store location weekly
Travel to our Miami store locations to clean biweekly
Relaying cleaning supplies needed to our Office Manager
Daily break room maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
Ability to carry and / or lift at least 25 pounds
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Prior experience working in retail operations
Interest and knowledge in swimwear and fashion
