The position is for a Family Practice Physician specializing in outpatient care without obstetrics, working a 4-day week with potential for evening shifts. Responsibilities include treating adults and adolescents, conducting sick and well visits, follow-ups, physicals, and minor procedures such as mole removals. • Start date end of June or July 6th
• 1 : 7 telephonic call
• 4 day work week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8a 5P with the possibility of evening hours in the future (until 8p) (5 day work week can be negotiated)
• There are two Physicians, 1 NP (leaving July 2nd for opportunity in VT), and 1 PA (on maternity leave end-April end-July) who is a 0.75FTE. One of the Physicians is our Outpatient Medical Director
• Licensure / certification required : NH license preferred, DEA, BC ABFM
• Patients : Adults and Adolescents. Roughly 16 patients per day.
• Cases : Sick & Well visits, follow ups, physicals, in office mole removals, and minor lacerations.
• EMR : Allscripts
