We are seeking an experienced Business Product Manager (BPM) to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our GTM Partner Platforms. This will be a people manager role leading a team of Product Managers. This role is pivotal in shaping how our partners engage, transact, and grow with ServiceNow across onboarding, enablement, deal management, and performance insights. The BPM will collaborate across business functions, data, and technology teams to design end-to-end experiences that scale and optimize partner productivity and success. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and platform innovation, ensuring our GTM and Partner ecosystems are empowered with modern, data-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Partner and GTM enablement platforms, aligning with business growth objectives and ecosystem strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Partner Operations, Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify pain points, define capability requirements, and shape long-term platform evolution.
• Translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
