Maintenance & Court Attendant

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Attendant :
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to : electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to : emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to : emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
- Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required.
Court Maintenance Duties :
Maintains tennis courts for daily play and tournaments.Monitors the tennis grounds & courts for trash and repair needs.Assists with conditioning tennis courts, fences & nets, performs light maintenance work & operates light machinery.Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff :
Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with building and sports court maintenance.Experience with Microsoft Office, email communications, and computer programs including maintenance tracking systemsOther Qualifications :
