Job descriptionGreet guests in a friendly and inviting manner Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion Advise guests of current specials, new menu items and promotions Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Assist other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job functions Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
