At Applied Counseling and Consulting Services (ACCS), our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder through compassionate, individualized support. As part of our growing clinical team, youll provide essential mental health services to adults with ASDall while working remotely with flexible scheduling and a team that values collaboration, integrity, and impact.
What Youll Do :
As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will :
- Provide telehealth-based therapeutic services for adults with ASD, including diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and care planning.
- Support clients in achieving emotional, behavioral, and community-integration goals through evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (Behavioral Support, Community Support, and Admin) to ensure well-rounded, consistent care.
- Offer clinical insight and recommendations during interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized support plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid / HCBS guidelines and ACCS standards.
- Comply with all ethical, legal, and professional standards, including HIPAA and Pennsylvania state regulations.
Who You Are :
Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed PsychologistExperienced in working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related neurodevelopmental conditions (strongly preferred)Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth platforms in a HIPAA-compliant environmentOrganized, self-directed, and capable of managing caseloads remotelyPassionate about person-centered care and equity in behavioral healthWhy Youll Love Working at ACCS :
