Position : RoW Permit Coordinator

Location : Remote (EST, CST, or MST time zone)

We're looking for a RoW Permit Coordinator who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll do :

• Coordinate permit activities across cross-functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting. This includes, but is not limited to, Right-Of-Way, Railroad, Bridge Attachment, Army Corp, etc.
• Ensure permit deliverables meet quality standards and agency requirements.
• Conduct regular permit status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage permit dependencies and critical path activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of all quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in OSP technologies, and incorporate these into the quality assurance program.
• Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and expectations, and provide input and recommendations for continuous improvement.
