ABA Billing Director

A company is looking for a Director of Billing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's billing and revenue cycle operations

Ensure accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with regulations

Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years of medical billing / revenue cycle management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements

Proficiency with CentralReach and EHR systems

Experience in monitoring billing metrics and generating reports
