This is a permanent position

Weekend beeper call / 1 : 6 for 1st, 1 : 10 for 2nd

W2 status

Medical Supervision Model

400+ licensed bed facility / 9,000 annual cases

Mix of general, ortho, ENT, endo, GI, Cath lab, etc.,

No CRNAs in heart cases (performed by physician),

No OB, peds, or neuro

6 Weeks PTO
