Acadian Total Security has an immediate opening for a part time Video Analyst II position at our Lafayette, LA location. The general job summary is to verify and dispatch on video security alarms for residential and commercial customers.

Duties include but not limited to :

• Monitors incoming alarm signals using audio and video, verifying and dispatching security alarms for residential and commercial clients.
• Answers phone calls from end users and dealers.
• Handles any special projects and dealer / end user issues specifically requested by the Operators Supervisor.
• Works with computer automation software to efficiently handle alarms.
• Documents accurate, concise, detailed, factual and meaningful reports of events handled.
• Assists the alarm center anytime there is a natural disaster or emergency.
• Follows protocols for extinguishing Fire Rover fires.
• Assists the alarm center with Noonlight video verification alerts.
