As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate : $18.39 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PMSun07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual occurrences within the location
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and / or any security-related activities as required by site procedures
  • Assist with access control and visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas
  • Support emergency response efforts as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal protocols

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
