This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how a fast-growing SaaS platform monetizes and scales globally. You will lead pricing, packaging, and billing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth, collaborating closely with engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams. The position blends strategic influence with hands-on systems ownership, including managing subscription, invoicing, and billing workflows. You’ll design experiments, optimize monetization strategies, and help build a scalable billing infrastructure that supports self-serve and enterprise revenue motions. This is a high-impact role for a product leader with deep analytical skills and a passion for SaaS monetization.
Accountabilities :
- Own pricing and packaging initiatives end-to-end, including requirements, engineering partnership, and KPI monitoring (ARR, ARPU, ARPA, NDR).
- Design and execute monetization experiments to optimize conversion, upsells, trial experiences, and feature gating.
- Develop pricing governance frameworks, SKU hierarchies, discounting logic, and offer rationalization for consistent cross-team execution.
- Lead Apollo’s billing platform strategy and implementation, covering subscription management, invoicing, discounts, bundles, and usage-based pricing.
- Partner with engineering to translate business needs into scalable billing system requirements and advanced pricing models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, finance, and leadership to operationalize pricing changes, build internal tools, and communicate strategy.
- Conduct market and customer research, including competitive analysis and Voice-of-Customer studies, to inform monetization and billing decisions.
Requirements
6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Pricing, Monetization, Billing Systems, or Product-Led Growth within B2B SaaS.Hands-on experience with Stripe or similar billing platforms, including subscriptions, invoicing, discounting, and pricing APIs.Proven success building B2B billing products for one-time and recurring use cases, including tiers, ramps, bundles, and usage-based pricing.Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Looker, Amplitude, and quantitative / qualitative research methods.Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including self-serve, enterprise contracts, renewals, and expansions.Experience establishing pricing governance and infrastructure for clarity and consistency across offers.Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with curiosity, structure, and execution focus.Benefits
