A company is looking for an In-House Counsel specializing in Healthcare Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general legal support to the employer benefits business unit
Guide the new business unit on legal issues related to FSA, HRA, and HSA administration; draft and negotiate contracts
Identify legal issues, propose solutions, and communicate legal risks to executives and managers
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience as a practicing attorney in corporate law or law firm
Juris doctorate and bar membership required
Experience with ERISA, healthcare, benefits, FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs required
Ability to analyze legal issues and provide effective advice on routine legal matters
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
