Position Summary :

The Program Nurse is responsible for coordinating and implementing program services to meet the medical and medication management needs of the patients in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Unit. This includes close collaboration with the attending physicians, affiliated pharmacy, and Program Clinical Coordinator.

• Patient Care :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment, adhering to infection control and hospital policies.

Accurately document patient care, interventions and responses in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) according to Patient Standards of Care. Coordinates and schedules patient session with attending physicians.

Provide mentorship to New Graduate Nurses and students, supporting their professional development.

Respond promptly to patient emergencies with composure and clinical skill.
