Position Title : Commercial Account Executive
Location : Based in Colorado Springs. Salary Range : $70,000$90,000 base (DOE) + commission Reports To : Commercial Sales Manager

What You'll Do :
Develop new commercial business relationships and expand existing accounts within your assigned territoryEducate clients on SERVPRO's restoration and construction capabilities, showcasing our full range of emergency and capital project solutionsComplete and present Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) for key accounts, establishing preparedness plans for potential disaster eventsIdentify and cultivate a "Target 25" your top 25 priority accounts for long-term strategic developmentDeliver one-on-one presentations with centers of influence (COIs) and key stakeholders to drive referrals and brand loyaltyMaintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (preferably Salesforce)Represent the company at industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and continuing education coursesDrive year-over-year revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsWhat We're Looking For :
Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experienceexperience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries strongly preferredA hunter mentality with a strategic approach to account development and long-term relationship buildingExcellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with commercial property management, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and / or multifamily verticals is a plusStrong organizational and time management skills; self-starter who thrives independently and on a teamBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Proven experience working with CRM systems and reporting metricsLocal market knowledge of Southern Colorado, and Colorado Springs.Our Commitment to Diversity : Servpro Team JEFFRIES is an equal opportunity employer.
