The Commercial Sales Account Manager will be responsible for growing our expanding portfolio of clients as well as working with our current network of existing contacts. You will be responsible for driving the commercial sales within the company by developing and maintaining positive relationships with commercial customers by managing the acquisition and delivery of products, providing ongoing customer service, and maintaining expert knowledge of products and availability.
- This is a hybrid role working 3 days in office and 2 days remotely in home office

Work closely with the VP of Call Center and the Business Development Supervisor to achieve annual / quarterly sales budgets, gross margin, and key account growth targetsWork with management to develop personal sales goals and a business plan to achieve them with a primary focus on the targeted market channel specialtiesMake contacts and cultivate relationships with various industry decision makers within each business segmentTake proactive action to drive increased sales performance in order to achieve sales objectivesMeet with management monthly to evaluate market channel data growth and call results in based on your weekly reportingAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing commercial sales.Develop new accounts through face to face and telephone contact with potential customersAct as the primary contact for commercial customers; Actively maintain open lines of communication between the company and commercial customersEnsure efficient delivery of products by planning delivery routes and managing driversEnsures appropriate delivery documentation is generated for each deliveryMaintain records and billing for commercial accountsVisit commercial accounts and ensures accounts are serviced and deliveries are made as promisedAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shiftsCompetencies / skills
