Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for an elementary school setting in Lawrence, KS. This position focuses on supporting K-1 students and a life skills classroom. The role is a contract assignment for the 2025-2026 school year, running from August 1 through December 19, with onsite work required.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary students.
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Supporting communication development for students with diverse needs in both traditional and life skills classrooms.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications :

Work schedule offers 24 to 37.5 hours per week, adjustable based on candidate availability and needs.
