About You
Our team is the key to our success. You are looking for a role working with great team members providing exceptional customer service and you :
- Have experience with VOIP / client contact
- Have a 2-3 years Personal Line Insurance Experience
- Have a minimum 2 years+ account management or relationship management experience in insurance
- Have AMS : Epic Experience (preferred)
- Have a current P&C insurance license (required)
- Experience managing and supporting high-net-worth clients
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Bring a strong knowledge of Agency Management Systems (EPIC), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Are comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Are authorized to work in the United States
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Are known for your exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to service our Personal Lines clients.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Service a personal lines book of businessManage renewal processRe-Market renewals as neededManage online rating and quotingProcess change requestsAppropriately document conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all computer systems and automated agency management systems when necessary. Ensure the accuracy of data in those systems.Prepare Evidence of PropertyExpedite billing inquiriesAddress any coverage questions with insuredsProcess cancellations and reinstatementsStay up to date on carrier programs, compliance, regulation and other relevant industry information.Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and colleagues.Meet or exceed customer service standards and client retention targets.Act as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service and claims issues.Prepare reports for management as required.Attend industry-related continuing education training and courses.Collaborate and support colleagues as needed.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
This position works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and artificial lighting conditions. Long periods of sitting. Long periods of screen use. Ability to communicate in person and over devices. Ability to work in-person with team. Must be able to perform complex tasks requiring independent knowledge and its application to non-routine situations. Must be able to manage high-emotion situations.
