About the Role :

We need an experienced Plumbing & Drain Technician who can diagnose and repair plumbing and drain issues in residential homes . If you have excavation experience, that's a plus—but not a must! What matters most is a great attitude, solid plumbing knowledge, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and drain systems
  • Working with residential customers to provide quality service
  • Ensuring all work meets safety and local code requirements
  • Communicating clearly and honestly with customers about their options
  • Keeping track of completed work and materials used

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of plumbing & drain service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various conditions
