Director, Campaign Management, Retail & Commerce Networks

As the Director, Campaign Management, Retail & Commerce Networks Acxiom's Commerce & Retail Media Network Practice, you will play a critical role in supporting the pre-sales to post-sales process by developing strategic media plans that align with client objectives and maximize performance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and senior leadership to translate client goals into actionable, data-driven plans across client-owned and operated (O&O) properties and partner channels. In this role, you will focus on yield optimization, campaign management, media activation, and performance reporting, ensuring every campaign is planned with precision and positioned for measurable success. You will also contribute to the continuous process of improvement and innovation across our planning and sales support workflows. This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do : Yield Optimization

• Collaborate with partnerships, clients, sales, and technology vendors to ensure optimal pricing and inventory allocation across O&O platforms.
• Monitor inventory availability and apply data-driven insights to maximize revenue yield and minimize under-delivery.
• Recommend & create packaging strategies and pricing models based on historical performance and market trends.
