Burleigh County Housing Authority (BCHA) seeks an experienced leader to serve as Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Commissioners, this position oversees all programs, staff, finances, and operations to advance BCHA’s mission of empowering people to achieve independence through housing.

BCHA is involved with multiple Low Income Housing programs, care for homeless, elderly and community development based on the needs of our community. With multiple programs we have a budget of $14,000,000 supported by up to sixty staff.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and five years of senior management experience in housing, community development, or public administration. Strong leadership, communication, and fiscal management skills are required. Public Housing Manager Certification must be obtained within one year.
