Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework. Experience with Angular or React for frontend development. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies. Overview :
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our on-site development team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development, along with proficiency in either Angular or React for frontend development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React.
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
