You arrive, review the print, and map out your setup. Workholding is dialed in, tools are loaded, offsets are set. You run a first-article, inspect against the blueprint, verify tolerances, and then let production roll. Between cycles, you listen for the subtle signs of a machine that needs a quick adjustment, perform routine maintenance, and keep quality at the center of everything.
