Be the LPN / LVN You've Always

plan and physician orders.

including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to

Collaborating directly with Registered

Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.

Qualifications

Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state

regulations.

• CPR certification.

One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical

or general hospital etting is preferred.

Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
