Job descriptionMonday–Friday schedule, and choose either 8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM. Provider will see approximately 3–7 patients per day, depending on experience and patient needs. Caseload includes short-term counseling and long-term treatment—all within your professional scope. Earn a competitive wage reflective of your professional experience. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus Requires a 2 or 3-year commitment to the organization. Full benefits, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan. PTO accrual : 160 hours of PTO+ 10 paid holidays Student loan repayment through NHSC or Alaska Sharp Loan Repayment Program Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth. Degree : Master's Degree Certifications & Licensure : Must have LCSW, LPC, or LMFT certification.
