Schedule : Monday-Friday | 5 : 00 PM - 1 : 00 AM Some weekends required Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included!

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites
• Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations
• Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers
• Managing labor and supply budgets like a pro
• Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready
• Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service
• Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations
