We are looking for talented Senior Software Engineer to help us build dunnhumby's next generation applications. We are investing in upgrading our tech stacks to use the cloud such as Azure and Google Cloud. We have started improving our many solutions with newer technology and techniques such as.net core and microservices.

As a senior software engineer with strong experience in C# and Javascript frameworks, you will assist in the design, development and delivery of robust solutions used everyday by our customers.

What we expect from you

• Strong backend development skills with C# / .NET .
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL a plus).
• Solid grasp of API design (REST primarily, but understanding of async / pubsub a bonus).
• Frontend proficiency - React / TypeScript preferred, but general ability to work across full-stack.
• Experience working in modern CI / CD workflows (Git-based, automated deployments, etc).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools ( Docker , Kubernetes ).
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguous issues without hand-holding.
• Previous experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
