Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and vendor payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation for W-9 and 1099 reporting.
• Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to verify and match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and support AP team members to maintain high performance and collaboration.
