In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a high quality of life for residents while efficiently managing property tasks. Your leadership will be key in driving resident engagement, maintaining property standards, and maximizing financial performance. This community is for a 2-day-a-week onsite position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations of the community, focusing on resident satisfaction and property maintenance.
- Develop and manage the community budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and aesthetic standards.
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing training and support.
