Assistant Project Manager (San Francisco Bay Area)

Are you looking to grow your career in project management? I am working with a global construction consulting firm who are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join the team and play a key role in delivering exciting projects across all phases, from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience while gradually taking on more independent responsibility.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Assist with project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Contribute to all project phases :
• Preconstruction : scheduling, budget tracking, contracts, and permitting support.
• Construction : procurement, risk tracking, quality, and safety oversight.
• Closeout : coordinating deliverables and ensuring project completion.
• Track project costs, schedules, and status to keep clients informed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to add value and support project success.
