Marketing Director

The Marketing Director leads the strategic direction of marketing to position our BPO organization as a trusted and innovative outsourcing partner. This senior role drives demand generation, brand leadership, and market expansion through data-driven and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision and hands-on leadership in B2B marketing.

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth and client acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and sales to set annual marketing objectives and pipeline targets.
  • Oversee brand development, corporate communications, and market positioning.

2. Demand Generation & Growth

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Launch scalable programs to support new services, market entry, and strategic partnerships.
  • Optimize funnel performance using analytics and automation.
  • 3. Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Elevate brand reputation through content marketing, PR, and digital storytelling.
  • Oversee creation of impactful B2B content including whitepapers, webinars, and video assets.
  • Position executives as thought leaders via media outreach and speaking engagements.
  • 4. Team & Budget Management

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation across initiatives.
  • Drive accountability for KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, brand awareness, and ROI.
  • 5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

  • Monitor market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine service positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 4+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within BPO, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Proven success in pipeline growth and team leadership in complex B2B environments.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    Physical Requirements

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
