Manager Position

They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A Manager's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching / developing team members. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
Position Type & Schedule :
- Full-time
- Open availability (shifts would be a mixture of hours ranging between 6am-2pm, 11am-8pm, and 2pm-11pm)

Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in our high-volume, fast-paced restaurantOffer immediate and respectful response to guests' needsAssist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our teamBe a friendly, encouraging team playerOpen and / or close, lead shifts, key holderCount drawers and finalize dayExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenQualifications and Requirements :
