Key Responsibilities

• Work engineering projects from concept through installation—including budgeting, planning, purchasing, and implementation.
• Increase plant productivity and reduce costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enhance product quality by meeting internal and external customer expectations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and collect / analyze data to support project decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing equipment and processes, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
• Provide training and documentation related to new equipment and processes.

Strong floor troubleshooting experience
