About the Role :

As the Medical Technologist Lead, you’ll perform critical diagnostic testing across a range of specialties including :

Chemistry

Hematology

Microbiology

Blood Banking

Clinical Microscopy

Immunology

In addition to bench work, you’ll support the supervisory team in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering day-to-day efficiency in lab operations. Some phlebotomy may be involved.
