Area Manager - Milwaukee, WI

CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in the Milwaukee, WI area. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. Do you like to make decisions? Enjoy a flexible, fast-paced work environment? Shift : Monday – Friday 11AM - 8PM (Requires Flexibility)

Pay : $58,000 + $400 / monthly Car Allowance + Bonus Potential

Job duties include :

• Oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned facility
• Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
• Initial and ongoing training of staff
• Ordering supplies
• Managing labor and supply budgets
• Conducting quality control inspections
• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
