We are actively recruiting an experienced Senior Specifications Writer to join our Technical Design Services team in our Dallas office location. This detail-oriented individual will work to uphold the highest quality standards for technical design and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Working with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, interiors, multi-family and data centers
• Writing project specifications from Corgan master specifications and compiling project manuals
• Assisting design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration
• Product research and evaluation
• Technical design assistance
• Construction contract administration support of design studio staff
• Mentoring of design studio technical staff

Qualifications

Salary and benefits

Base Salary Range : $85,000 - $125,000 annually based on location. The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in TX, AZ or NY only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
