Sr Quality Analyst

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Test web applications and software to ensure compliance with requirements, specifications, and technical design documentation.
• Identify risks to system functionality and quality.
• Create, develop, publish, and implement test plans.
• Write, maintain, and execute test automation scripts.
• Execute test cases for validating all system components, including UI, APIs / services, reports, and databases.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards.
• Define and track key quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Provide post-release support for defect analysis, scalability, and workflow optimization.
• Communicate effectively with management and development teams regarding test objectives, requirements, and results.
• Complete responsibilities as outlined in annual performance reviews and goal settings.
• Undertake special projects and duties as assigned.
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Utilize industry-leading QA tools and techniques for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries on various database platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Use analysis, documentation, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, software development / programming, and knowledge of RDBMS fundamentals.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years of significant Quality Assurance experience, especially in web application testing.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
