Job descriptionProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the plan of care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all facility policies and state / federal regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents. Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland . CPR / BLS certification (required). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Pay Rate : $30 - $35 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available :
- 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
- 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
- 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
Job Summary :
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis at our facility in Rising Sun, MD . As an LPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents or patients while working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.
