Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Director to lead the operations of a caf within a corporate dining account. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of foodservice, including team leadership, financial performance, food quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct daily operations of the caf, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Lead and manage all caf staff including chefs, cooks, and front-of-house team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies (HACCP, OSHA).
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to support growth and operational excellence.
• Handle scheduling, workflow, and service delivery to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal departments.
• Utilize company systems (e.g., Webtrition, Compass OMS) for planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy.
