Job Type : Full-Time (In-Person)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM; No on-call or weekend requirement
Job Overview :
We are seeking a board-certified Pulmonologist (MD or DO) to join a dynamic outpatient pulmonary practice. The physician will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including outpatient pulmonary services, inpatient consults, and procedures. The role involves supervising advanced practice providers and collaborating with support staff to deliver innovative care models. New graduates (2026 fellows / residents) are encouraged to apply.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide outpatient pulmonary care, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and management.
Perform inpatient consults and relevant procedures as needed.
Manage an average of 20 patient visits per day, with additional compensation for extra visits.
Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff.
Maintain strong professional relationships with local primary care providers.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
MD or DO with pulmonary credential; sleep medicine certification preferred.
Board-certified in Pulmonology.
Active state medical license or eligibility via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
Active DEA license.
Experience in mentoring and training clinical teams.
Compensation and Benefits :
Base compensation with additional pay : $35 / visit beyond 20 visits / day.
5% share of personally ordered ancillary services.
5% share of collections from supervised mid-level providers.
Up to $350,000 annually; J1 visa sponsorship available.
3% 401(k) match (3-year cliff).

Patient Demographics :
Primarily adult patients seen in an outpatient setting.
