Product Support Engineer

A company is looking for a NOC Graduate Programme (Mexico).

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with international customers in English through various channels

Investigate and diagnose customer issues related to call behavior and API functionality

Collaborate with technical peers and improve customer self-service processes

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate in Computer Science or related field

Interest in Computer Networking / IoT

Ability to work independently and remotely

Understanding of web technologies such as APIs and webhooks

Familiarity with tools like Wireshark and Postman is a plus
