Return to Work Associate

A company is looking for a Return to Work Associate to perform assessments and coordinate return-to-work activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts initial evaluations via telephone with physicians and employers

Coordinates return-to-work activities and evaluates the need for alternative plans

Provides support for injured workers and resolves workers' compensation cases

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

One year of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience

Return-to-work experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
