As an innovative leader, you will be responsible for the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and personalized client solutions. You will translate client needs into actionable design concepts, conduct insightful in-home consultations, and fortify sales teams with design expertise.

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis.

Promote the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program to draft potential design solutions and achieve sales goals.

Achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives.

Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences.

Benefits : We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $26,000 - $90,000, UNCAPPED commission on written sales, and a monthly bonus opportunity.
