Active Wisconsin license required or IMLC

Board Certification required, will accept truly Board Eligible

Outpatient procedures Monday Friday with 24 hour weekend call

Bread and Butter, Advanced procedures not required

Ongoing coverage need, willing to take multiple providers

Flexible schedule, 7 on 7 off, Monday Friday, weekend call coverage - Willing to do one week a month. Monday - Monday.

24 hour call schedule, flexible Friday 7am or 5pm start to Monday 7am
