This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in hospitality, sales, customer relationship management, and real estate support. You'll be a key player in a fast-paced environment, making a real impact on our day-to-day operations.What You'll Be Doing :
- Hospitality & Sales : Become a vacation expert! You'll guide guests or leads via phone, email, and in-person to find and book their ideal beach home, using property-search criteria and your own knowledge.
- Problem-Solving & Communication : Act as a communication hub. You'll interactively listen to guests' specific needs, troubleshoot reservation issues, answer questions about policies and the Outer Banks area, and provide real-time updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Develop professional relationships with other departments (like Maintenance and Housekeeping) to resolve guest requests efficiently. You'll see how a major business operates from the inside.
- Business Acumen : Seize opportunities to increase bookings, repeat guest loyalty, and recommend value-added services. You'll gain practical experience in upselling, negotiation, and handling payments.
- Field Work & Property Management Insight : Get out of the office! Conduct home tours, pre-arrival inspections, and other fieldwork, giving you a valuable look into property management operations.
- Tech & Data Management : Become proficient with industry-standard software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, call center platforms) by accurately documenting all guest communications and providing tech support for our guest-facing apps.
