Job Summary :
The Event Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and execution of ministry events at Revelation Church LA. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and volunteers while upholding the ministrys mission and vision.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, setup / teardown, and materials.
- Track registrations, RSVPs, and attendance while maintaining event records and calendars.
- Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers and in-house media teams.
- Support on-site event operations (registration, troubleshooting, guest experience).
- Collect feedback and assist with post-event wrap-up and reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree preferred (Communications, Hospitality, or related field).
- 2+ years of event coordination or project management experience (ministry or nonprofit preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office and event management tools (Google Workspace, Planning Center, ASANA or any project management software a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
