LocumJobsOnline is working with Curative to find a qualified Cardiothoracic Surgery PA in Lexington, Kentucky, 40506!

Pay Information

$175 to $190 per hour

About The Position

Exciting opportunity for a Cardiovascular Surgery PA in Kentucky. Join a team near Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).

Highlights

  • Locums position with flexible start date in 2026
  • Option to extend beyond initial 3-6 months
  • Licensure support available; open to IMLC PAs

Practice Setting

  • Inpatient focus within a subspecialty surgical group
  • Engage in critical patient care with a supportive team
  • Manage 5-10 ICU patients during morning rounds

    • Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
  • Night call from 5p-7a; weekend call required
  • Flexible assignments : choose blocks that fit your schedule

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Proficiency required in first assisting endoscopic vein harvesting and CABG
  • No responsibility for first call sign-ins

    • Requirements

  • Cardiovascular Surgery PA
  • Board Certification in Cardiovascular / Thoracic Surgery (CAQ) required
  • Must hold or be eligible for Kentucky licensure
