This individual must possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. This position will report daily to our Bloomington office and working hours are 7am-4pm with one hour lunch.

What You'll Do :

Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Manage work orders, billing, and dispatching service technicians under direction of the Bloomington Service Manager.

Perform data entry tasks using company software for billing, invoicing, creating work orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and writing purchase orders.

Handle clerical duties including filing, greeting customers, answering phones, and managing daily mail.

Utilize MS Office computer skills, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and the willingness to learn various duties.

Maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license.

Successfully pass a drug screen and background check.

General Requirements :

Previous experience working for a construction or service company preferred.

Proficient in customer service and communication skills.

Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
