Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with energy and purpose no missed opportunities.
• Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget.
• Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience.
• Guide customers through the sales process : demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination.
• Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.
• Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork.
• Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals.
