Position Overview :

We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. The driver is responsible for picking up laundry from residential and commercial customers, delivering clean laundry back to them, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience at every stop. This position also includes occasional delivery and pickup of supplies between our store locations.

Responsibilities :

Pick up and deliver laundry orders from homes and businesses according to scheduled routes.

Ensure all orders are accurately accounted for and properly handled during transport.

Communicate with customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.

Load and unload laundry bags, sometimes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep the delivery van clean and organized.

Occasionally pick up and deliver supplies to Tornado Laundromat store locations.

Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements :

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift, carry, and load / unload up to 40 lbs repeatedly.

Comfortable getting in and out of the delivery van multiple times throughout the day.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required.
